Select any number of stalls on the plan. They turn yellow in your enquiry.
One tap opens WhatsApp with the stall numbers typed in. The team shares the price.
While you talk, the stalls show On hold to everyone else.
Pay the advance, send the reference number, and Power On marks the stalls Booked.
Prices are shared by Power On on WhatsApp for your exact stall.
How to pay
Bank transfer (RTGS or NEFT) works for any amount. UPI suits smaller amounts. Put your company name in the payment remarks and send the reference number to Power On on WhatsApp.

Talk to the organisers directly for:
The short version of the terms in the registration and contract form.
All employees, staff and agents of the company, firm or person given the space.
Exhibitors cover the organiser for any damage their stand, exhibits or staff cause to the halls or venue.
If the show is cancelled or stopped for reasons outside the organiser’s control, the organiser is not liable for any loss.
No change to stall size without written approval. An allotted prefab stall cannot be turned into a free design. The organiser may ask for changes that block other stands and may change the layout of stands and gangways.
Do not block or box in neighbours. Nothing may overhang the stall or block gangways, fire points, extinguishers or emergency exits.
Decorate freely, but no nails, paint or anything that damages walls, panels or floors.
Send your construction, decoration and electricity plan 30 days before the show for approval. Building starts only after approval.
Exhibits that make heavy noise, vibration or electrical interference may be displayed but not run. The organiser decides.
The organiser may change the floor plan. Stall position against aisles on the plan is a picture only; the stall number is what you get.
Insure your own exhibits and stand. The organiser is not responsible for injury to your staff, agents or guests.
Pay as per the contract form. Any extra government taxes apply.
If dues are not paid by the due date, the organiser can cancel the space. Money already paid is forfeited.
No cancellation or reduction of space after the form is received. The advance is forfeited on cancellation.
There is 24-hour general security, but each exhibitor looks after the exhibits in their own stall, during and after hours.
None on the venue or nearby roads without approval. Unapproved ones are removed without notice.
Occupy the full area booked. A stall not taken 6 hours before opening can be given away, with no refund.
Only the people named by the exhibitor in the application.
You cannot sublet or share the stand, or hand out material of companies that are not you or your group.
Clear the hall before 6:00 am the day after the show, or pay the costs caused. Taking any exhibit out needs an exit pass.
All electrical work is done by the official electrical contractor before connecting to the main supply.
The organiser tries to keep services running but is not liable if any service stops, and rent is not refunded for it.
The organiser may enter any stall at any time for repairs and other work.
Not valid unless confirmed in writing.
No counter sales.
Stalls are handed over on schedule. Interiors and display must be ready before the inauguration.
No inflammable or hazardous items stored in the exhibition area.
The organiser has a general lien for any unpaid sums.
