Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This page explains how you can ask Power On Expo / BatteryFair and E Battery Directory (both run by Shivam Info) to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your registration details, passes and WhatsApp conversations. See also our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@batteryfair.co.inwith the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. In the email, give your name, company, the mobile number(s) and email address(es) you have used with us, and tell us whether you want everything deleted or only some information.
  3. You can also message or call +91 96508 77171 (Anjali) and ask for deletion. Before we delete anything we will confirm that the request is from you, for example by calling you back or asking you to write from your registered email address.

What happens next

  • We will confirm your request within 7 days.
  • We will delete your information within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it (for example invoices and payment records for tax and accounting). In that case we will tell you what we keep and why.
  • We delete your contact record, registration and pass details, WhatsApp conversation logs and form answers, and notes about you in our systems.
  • We keep only a minimal do-not-contact record (your mobile number or email address) so that we do not contact you again. You can ask us to remove this as well, but then we cannot stop a future invitation.

Stop messages without deleting your data

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Your WhatsApp chat on your phone

Messages stay on your own phone. You can delete the chat or block the number inside WhatsApp whenever you like. Deleting a chat on your phone does not delete it from our records, so please also send the request above.

Facebook, Instagram or Threads

If you contacted us through Facebook, Instagram or Threads, send the same request and mention the account name you used.
